Quick Shipping

We generally ship your order within 24 hours on regular business days!
Next Day Air and any other expedited services are available, but not guaranteed to ship the same day.

Most orders are processed through the warehouse the day after the order is received.
If you have an order that must ship out the same day, please phone us prior to 12 pm PST to determine whether or not we can fulfill your request.

If we are temporarily out of stock, we will give an expected lead time for production and keep you updated.

Returns

All returns subject to a $20 re-stocking fee.

Return requests must be made by the Buyer within 30 days of the date on the invoice.
No returns or exchanges on items that have been modified from their original length and finish (sanding or cutting), even if that work is done at our facility.

Goods must be shipped to Elevated Materials by Buyer within 7 days of refund approval.

Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of an Elevated Materials error, Buyer shall pay the cost of return shipping and is responsible for insuring the shipment against loss or damage.

Goods that are returned in used or damaged condition will not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

Eligible for full refund (less shipping costs). No re-stocking fee.

Exchange requests must also be made by the buyer within 30 days of the date of the invoice.

All exchange requests must include an RMA # (Return Material Authorization) issued by Elevated Materials or the shipment will be denied by Elevated Materials.

Goods that are returned in used or damaged condition will not be eligible for a refund.

Payment Terms

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS:
For immediate approval, orders may be placed using VISA, MasterCard, or American Express.

PAYMENT TERMS:
Unless otherwise agreed to in advance, terms are NET 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF INVOICE for customers that receive credit approval. Elevated Materials may require full or partial payment or payment guarantee in advance of shipment whenever, in its opinion, the financial condition of the buyer so warrants.

SERVICE CHARGES:
Elevated Materials reserves the right to assess a service charge of 2.5% per month on unpaid balance until paid. Buyer shall be liable for all expenses, including attorney’s fees, related to the collection of past due accounts.

CREDIT APPROVAL:
All orders with requests for net 30 terms are subject to credit approval.

PAST DUE ACCOUNTS:
Elevated Materials reserves the right to withhold shipment of materials pending resolution of past due account balances.

CREDIT TERMS:
Elevated Materials reserves the right to revise credit terms based on credit history.

PRICING:
Elevated Materials prices and discounts are subject to change without notice and do not include any state or local taxes. Buyer shall pay, in addition to the price of the goods, all applicable taxes and excises unless Buyer furnishes Elevated Materials with a valid “Reseller Number” or copy of tax exemption certificates. Prices are quoted and payable in US Dollars. All orders are subject to applicable shipping, freight, taxes, and handling charges.

Shipment Terms

SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERY:
All goods are sold FOB Elevated Materials shipping point. Goods may be shipped in a single shipment or multiple shipments at Elevated Materials' discretion. Elevated Materials will attempt in good faith to meet estimated shipping dates but shall not be liable to Buyer for any loss or damages due to delay caused by Elevated Materials.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
Shipments received by Buyer in a damaged condition must immediately be identified to the Carrier. All claims for damaged shipments must be filed with the Carrier.

Cancellations, Claims, Warranty

CANCELLATIONS:
Orders may be canceled without cancellation charges provided the order has not been initiated by Elevated Materials.

CLAIMS:
All shipments should be checked immediately after arrival. All claims, whether referring to errors in pricing, mis-shipments, or defective goods, must be called in or e-mailed to Elevated Materials within 7 calendar days. All damaged goods and containers must be kept for inspection.

LIMITED WARRANTY:
Elevated Materials warrants that all goods shipped are free from defects in materials and workmanship. Elevated Materials cannot foresee all conditions under which Elevated Materials products will be used and therefore cannot warrant or guarantee any performance results. Buyers should always perform tests prior to using Elevated Materials products in any application. Buyer waives any claim against Elevated Materials for direct, indirect, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damage that may incur as a result of Buyer’s use or misuse of the product or the product’s failure to perform to any expected performance level.
